Your message box holds up to 50 messages. When it’s full, you’ll need to delete older ones before you can send or receive more. Messages stay on the site until you (or an administrator) delete them — they aren’t cleared automatically.

A quick note on privacy. Messages here are private between you and the person you’re writing to — other residents can’t see them. But please treat this like a note passed in the hallway, not a sealed letter: messages are stored on the site and aren’t encrypted, and while we don’t read them, a site administrator technically could. It’s perfect for arranging a sofa collection or a quiet word — just don’t send anything you’d mind being seen, and never share passwords or bank details.
